How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 business days across India. We do not offer express delivery at the moment.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available on orders above Rs.499. Below that, the shipping charge is Rs.60.
Do you ship outside India?
We currently ship within India only.
Will I get tracking for my order?
Yes. Tracking details are shared after dispatch so you can follow your order until it arrives.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
How do I return a product?

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and verified.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will prioritise a replacement or refund.

How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag, go to checkout, enter your delivery details, and pay securely online or choose Cash on Delivery where available.
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save your details, and reorder faster.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Message us quickly on WhatsApp +916261597271 or email info@latkanwali.in with your order ID.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details, and you can also track it any time from the Track Order page on our website.
Product & Care
Is this real gold or silver?
Our pieces are handcrafted imitation (fashion) jewellery with gold-tone, silver-tone, oxidised, and stone-style finishes. They are designed to look festive and elegant at an affordable price, and are not solid gold or silver.
Are the colours and designs exactly as shown?
We photograph products as accurately as possible. Slight variation in colour, finish, or stone detailing can occur due to lighting, screens, and the handcrafted nature of each piece.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep pieces away from water, perfume, and sweat, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth, and store them in a pouch or box to keep the finish looking new for longer.
Will the finish last?
With gentle use and proper storage the finish lasts well. Imitation finishes can fade over time with heavy daily wear, moisture, or chemical contact.
